iEARN Bangladesh is proud to announce the commencement of the first
iEARN teachers training workshop in Dhaka . 26 teachers from 8 different
educational organisation will be participating in this 3 days
event. The training program is a part of the iEARN BRIDGE (Building
Respect Through Internet Dialogue and Education) program .
The BRIDGE Project is a
collaboration effort among iEARN programs in 20 countries
to promote partnerships between secondary schools in
Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia,
Syria, and Tunisia. Countries new to BRIDGE will be: Bahrain,
Bangladesh, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman,
United Arab Emirates, United States, West Bank/Gaza, and Yemen.
