Dalia Abdalla Khalil

 

As Director of the newly-established Egyptian Association for Educational Resources, Ms. Khalil,  is committed to enhancing the knowledge, skills, and perspectives of youth through technology and communications across borders.  In addition, she serves as Country Coordinator of the International Education and Resource Network in Egypt.    In her work, Ms. Khalil collaborates with the Egyptian Ministry of Education and oversees projects throughout the country.  Dalia has M.Sc. in Education Management, from University of Wolverhampton, UK. Currently she is currently completing the Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, University of Phoenix, USA. In addition she has several certificates and diplomas in different disciplines in Education and the field of  ESL/EFL.

 Diane Charlton Midness

Diane Charlton Midness is a former Media Specialist at Wm. G. Enloe Magnet High School in Raleigh, NC. She became the coordinating teacher for technology integration at the school and did professional development for the Wake County Public School system on using the Internet in the classroom. She has been involved in educational online international collaboration and exchanges since 1989. Diane was the program coordinator for the International School Partnerships through Technology project of The University of North Carolina’s Center for International Understanding that linked rural classrooms in North Carolina with classrooms around the world from 1997-2002. Currently she is New York, New York as Coordinator for Professional Development for iEARN-USA (International Education and Resource Network.) She coordinates training for collaborative project based learning for schools in the United States and over twenty countries that participate in grants received from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the Department of State.

 

 

 

 

 

Uzbekistan

Anatoly Kochnev

 

Anatoly Kochnev based in Bukhara,  is a very young and dynamic ICT professional working on a number of grant funded programs focused at creating and managing School and Community Technology Centers and  development of  experiential e-learning programs in community. He is also working for iEARN Uzbekistan Center which is located in Bukhara, Uzbekistan. iEARN Uzbekistan is working on several different projects to develop and create opportunities for students and teachers integrate ICT in the classroom curriculum by building partnerships between Uzbekistan and other countries. Anatoly works closely with governmental officials and representative offices of Ministry of Education, and enabled more then 60 schools nationwide bringing strong impacts in changing educational system in Uzbekistan and particularly in Bukhara city by partnering in city wide projects to build educational infrastructure based on the computer network.
