-          5 minutes feedback on iEARN activities in each school/organization/teacher

- Presentation on purpose, goals, national and international organizational  structure of Society for International Education and  iEARN

-Details Overview of the SIE and iEARN Programs:

                        -Youth Exchange and Study Program

                        -Youth Volunteering and Community Service

                        - Curriculum Enrichment Programs

                        - iEARN Annual Conference 2007

iEARN Projects and Curriculum

-  Managing  iEARN Database, registering new educators and students for accessing project forums.

-5 components of Reading and Responding to written communication in iEARN Interactive Forums

- Working in the iEARN Teachers forums introduction, reading and responding to greetings.

-          iEARN Projects: Focus on Community Service and Youth Volunteering Projects

-          Explore Online the CS projects in the forums.

-          Plan for participation in the Global Youth Service Day 2007

-          Explore the projects online, read and respond to postings.

  •  Begin planning for Integration of any one project.

-          Establishing and managing iEARN-Clubs

-          Organizing and Conducting iEARN Training workshops

-          Resources for the workshops and schools outreach

  • Designing a tentative iEARN- Action plan for the period January-1st  2007 to 30th March 2008.

  • Develop school/organization based implementation plan.

  • Plan for supporting and implementing program city/school network wise in collaboration with iEARN Centre-Karachi.
