Major Outcomes
During the four days, the group managed to develop a strong team of lead iEARNers that are charged to promote the program initiatives in their own schools, communities and support iEARN in general.
Participants developed a good understand of reaching, training and supporting new iEARN schools
They collectively developed individual action plans for implementation iEARN program in their own organizations
Explored various models of iEARN trainings and organised the the resources that can be used to deliver the training and continue iEARN activities.
Designed 5 new collaborative projects with participating schools across various regions of Pakistan
Worked on a yearly calendar of activities for the next 15 months of BRIDGE program and listed the support that will be offered from them as professionals and from their organisations.
