To help needy students by raising fund

Why I selected this project:
I would like to mention that I really wanted to do something for needy students of my area ,for this reason I went to this school I found students can’t afford even their uniform and some students were wearing uniform which was worn out. The teachers of that school also told me that some students don’t have copies to write on so, I thought to help those students by providing these things as these things are necessity of school life.

My project action detail:
First of all I thought to start raising funds from my relatives and neighbours, I collected the fund from them and then I went to door to door in my village and described the people about my project that I am raising fund for needy students I want to provide them uniform, copies etc. they really appreciated me and encouraged me for this work and also gave fund according to power.

After collecting fund I went to bazaar my self for buying these items .I bought that and honestly speaking when you go for shopping for yourself your feelings are very different then the feelings you have when you are buying something for needy people and while doing so you really feel internal happiness and satisfaction.

The next day I went to that school and told the teachers that I have arranged some copies and uniforms for poor students. They thanked me and they assembled the students in the ground. I gave uniform and copies to the students and after that I noticed smile on their face. The small children with smiley faces were looking like blooming flowers of spring.

I spend some time with the students and talked with them. I asked one student that what she is feeling now and what was here feeling before? Although she was very innocent but also very active she readily answered that now she will come happily to the school but before when she used to come to school without uniform she really feel unhapp. This was really a cute answer by a small innocent girl. I also asked them about their studies as their exams are also near they told me that they are revising their course and hope for good result. I asked them that if they find any difficulty in their studies or anyother thing then they can contact me any time they were very happy. I advised them to work hard and devote yourself whole heartedly to their studies and i explained them that education is every thing they said that they will work hard and try to get good results. This school is located near my village although its building is good but all the facilities are not available which abolish the students. I spent many time with the students of different classes, all students were very intelligent. Then i went back from the school (I wanted to spend more time but i had to come)

Outcome of the project:
I hope when these students will wear the uniform they will feel good and will come out of inferiority complex and this will also give a good look to the students and school as well (as students are a part of school).

Learning experience:
It was really a good experience .I learnt that “When you bring smile on others face, a smile also comes to your own face” I also learnt that helping others is really a pleasant job and we all should help each other.
