The teachers participated as a part of their school improvement program. The participating schools and their teachers  are enthusiastic to initiate iEARN projects in their schools.

"As a teacher this experience is valuable to  me because only the iEARN platform gave us a chance to express our feelings  all over the world. And most important of all, our students who do not know the computer more than a computing machine will have a unique opportunity to work on different projects with  other students of the world through internet" said an excited participant.

The participants  have enthusiastically completed all the offline and online  workshop activities and made real efforts to learn the skills and understand the concept of shared online learning. The newly launched iEARN-PK Training website proved helpful all through the session.

I attended the two days workshop on iEARN. I think what we learned if utilized properly would enhance our horizons and in the process help our students to have unprejudiced vision of the world. We can benefit by sharing our ideas and information. - Naureen Ahsan.

The most important thing through their project programme it has given a platform to my wishes which I want to fulfill in my life. We have given different projects here individually or in a group.  I have chosen child labor project and I have made action plan for it and I will work on this project with my students. Being a teacher I feel guilty as I am only serving for those who can pay the school dues while the other hands the poor and down trodden people are left uneducated. Overall this workshop is very beneficial for us".

I have attended the two days workshop organized by iEARN Pakistan conducted by Sarah Alam. The workshop was conducted in an interesting way and was enjoyed by most of us.
The Workshop helped us to learn how to work online and how to make our students to work online. It provided all of us with an opportunity to adopt modern ways of learning and sharing. It will help us to develop an unprejudiced version of the world.
In my opinion being an iEARN member will broader our horizons. We get to know what is being done throughout the world and it will also facilitate us to be a part of this global association of the educators and the students. We will be able to share our views with others. Our students will be able to learn about the cultural and other aspects of the students along with the problems they are facing throughout the world. - Naureen Malik.

The workshop conducted for teachers of Headstart School was very informative and all those present were interested and took an active part so that they too can become part of iEARN global education program. Class projects are an ongoing part of our curriculum, now we will have a chance to share them with students all over the world. We are grateful to iEARN Pakistan and Ms Sarah Alam for providing us with this opportunity. - Yasmin Durrani DSC01178.JPG (149456 bytes)

"First of all I want to quote a beautiful remark by Daniel Reyes, a founding member of iEARN : “No one person knows so much that he can’t learn from others, and no one person knows so little that he can’t teach others.”  Well said and true. Before attending the workshop I didn’t know that there is a platform for youth of this world to share their knowledge and ideas. But now I am extremely happy that iEARNis there for connecting our youth to share knowledge as I have joined the huge family of iEARN. IEARN is there to develop friendly relations among youth of this world and to encourage youth from all countries to learn and work co-operatively and collaboratively as the information technology has made this world a GLOBAL village. The workshop we attended was really good and all the resource persons are very nice, friendly and delivered their ideas and iEARN goals, objective and principals very nicely."
I am really happy to join iEARN . Saima Munib.
