Activities from December 2002- October 2003
 | Selection of at least 20 NGO, Government, Community schools nationwide. |
| Training of at least 50 educators from Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools. |
| Organising 2, 3 days teacher training workshops |
| Establishing at least 8-10 ILCs (Internet Learning Centres) in school libraries as per need. |
The ILC will have a nest of 3 networked computers with internet access and a printer in some of the participating schools that lacks equipments for effective participation in online porojects.
